Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (PDME) of Family Planning Programs: A Training Manual for Program Managers

This six-day course provides project managers with the skills to develop project designs using a results framework and leads participants through the design process using the following series of steps: 1) performing a situational analysis; 2) developing a results framework; 3) selecting strategies; 4) selecting indicators; 5) developing a monitoring and evaluation plan; and 6) selecting strategies and methods for baseline data collection.
